It helps you organize your legal tenant matters, gathers the information an attorney asks for, helps you find attorneys, law firms and tenant organizations near you, and prepares a clean summary to share with your attorney. No attorney reviews it for you through our website. The information here is not legal advice. If you are in danger right now, call 911.

This page loads no trackers and no outside code. Your notes, photos, and lease live only in this browser on this device — clearing your browser data deletes them permanently, and opening the page on another device will not show them.

Please do NOT share sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, other government identification numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, medical records. This is not necessary to create a Case File. An attorney will ask you for anything of that kind directly if necessary.
